- Manage medication schedules and ensure you take them as prescribed
- Assist with dressing changes and monitoring the healing of your condition as prescribed by your physician.
- Ensure and consistently comply with the customized recovery plan of care developed by IdealHH nursing team
- Accompany you to doctors appointments and on errands
- Assist you in preparing diet specific meals
- Range of Motion Exercises (as prescribed by a physician), and assistance with proper usage on mobility devices
- Assist with household cleaning, laundry, and clutter removal to ensure your home is mobility safe.
