What are the requirements to apply as a Home Health Aide?
To apply as a home health aide, as part of our complete application process we request:
- Home Health Aide certificate from a NYC DOH training facility
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the US (I-9 Form)
- Your medical history
- Completion of a background check
- Completion of a drug screening
